Remember that during times marked as **Black Cargo** only the driver and 1 more adult (2 in total) can travel (pregnant women, children, and pets are not allowed).
Motorcycles car board with the driver only.
Bikes, children and pets cannot board at these times.
At the Punta Sam - Isla Mujeres and viceversa, family cards can board at any time.
On the Punta Calica and Cozumel route, the family cars are allowed on the 16:00 hrs. departure from Monday to Saturday and on the 17:00 hrs. on Sundays

On the routes marked as Black Cargo, sensitive cargo such as gasoline or dangerous materials are transported, therefore family cars are not allowed at these routes.
On the Punta Calica and Cozumel route:
Por supuesto que puedes viajar con tu mascota sin costo adicional (Pero sólo en horarios familiares de lunes a sábado 16 hrs. y domingos 17:15 hrs.). Contamos con áreas marcadas como Pet Friendly. Solamente te pedimos que traiga collar, correa y que permanezcas con tu mascota durante todo el viaje.

For the Cozumel and Punta Venado, Calica route Calica- Cozumel ↔️ (viceversa)
The trip takes approximately 1hr 30 min depending on wheather conditions. Disembarkment takes 15 to 20 minutes.
In the route Punta Sam and Isla Mujeres
The trip takes approximately 45 min depending on weather conditions. Disembarkment takes 15 to 20 minutes.
Our fares are for one way trips only. They include the vehicle and driver only. Additional passengers to the driver must pay a passenger fare.
The cost for additional passenger on the Cozumel and Punta Venado, Calica route is $90 pesos per person. (Children up to 10 years old do not pay. From 11 years old they pay adult fare).
Additional passengers on the Punta Sam and Isla Mujeres route pay a $200 pesos fare per person. Children from 3 to 9 years old pay $135 each. Children from 10 years old pay adult fare.
On the Punta Sam and Isla Mujeres route, you can board with no vehicle.
On the Punta Venado, Calica and Cozumel route you must board on a vehicle. No walk-in passengers are allowed.

One price is the fare with no reservation and the other one is the fare with reservation for compact family cars.
In order to travel with the no reservation fare ($720 pesos, per compact family car and driver only), it is necessary to check-in at the the terminal, at least 3 hours before the departure time and confirm availability of spaces. The cost per additional person to the driver is $90 pesos.
The fare for compact family car with reservation including the vehicle and the driver is $1000 pesos. This fare guarantees the space on board. You MUST check-in at the terminal at least 90 minutes prior the booked departure time. Otherwise, the space cannot be guaranteed and it will be released for other passengers. You will be waitlisted for a next route. If traveling is not possible the booking will be lost not subject to any refund). Each additional passenger must pay a $90 pesos fare.
Prices shown are for ONE WAY trip only. The return trip has the same cost in any category.

No. Reservations are valid only for the day and time previously booked. If you do not travel on the booked route, the trip is not valid or any other date or time. Trip will be cancelled and not refunds will be made.
All booking changes MUST BE MADE AT LEAST 48 hours prior the booked departure time and they are subject to space availability.
On the Punta Venado, Calica and Cozumel route no Quintana Roo resident fares are available.
En la ruta Punta Sam – Isla Mujeres, en los precios de los vehículos no tenemos descuentos. Solamente tenemos precios quintanarroenses en los pasajeros adicionales, presentando su identificación vigente. El costo de Adulto quintararroense es de $60 pesos, para INAPAM $50 pesos (presentando credencial INAPAM), viaje sencillo. Aplican también si cruzan sin vehículo. El costo de menores de 3 a 9 años es de $40 pesos.
Los menores deben presentar la credencial de la escuela o CURP quintanarroense.
