POLICIES FOR RESERVATIONS PUNTA VENADO (CALICA) – COZUMEL ROUTE
RECORD
You must arrive at the terminal 90 min. before the departure time in your reservation.
DIMENSION AND WEIGHT
Reservations apply for LEVEL 1 cars, less than 5.50 m in length and 1.90 m in height and travel on deck designated for family cars.

On the day of the crossing, the vehicles must be present at the crossing pier 90 minutes before the departure of the ship.
If the vehicle with reservation arrives after the stipulated time, they will not be able to cross at the time of their reservation and will be subject to available space and waiting list. The cost of reservations will not be refunded.
Vehicles with a reservation will travel on the deck designated for family cars. Therefore, their dimensions may not exceed 5.5 m in length or 1.90 m in height.
If the vehicle exceeds the dimensions declared in the reservation, and therefore cannot enter the designated area, the reservation will be cancelled. The difference must be charged for the excess of dimensions and the reservation will be lost, leaving the trip subject to space on subsequent routes.
In order to register, it is mandatory to present the reservation confirmation letter, with the correct data corresponding to the vehicle and the passengers that will travel.
The cost of transportation includes only the driver. At the time of booking, payment for additional passengers must be included at a rate of $120 pesos per person. Children pay full fare from the age of 11. Children under that age travel free of charge.
The passenger limit for the car is as indicated on its registration card.

CHANGES
Reservations are not subject to cancellation or refund. In case of no-show on the day and time of the reserved departure or if the passenger arrives late after the closing of the registration hours, the reservation will be canceled and will not be valid for another time or date and the cost will not be refunded.
Any itinerary changes must be made at least 24 hours before the reserved departure time and are subject to availability and written confirmation. Any changes within these 24 hours are subject to a 50% charge and availability.
Changes must be made from MONDAY to FRIDAY from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., and at least 24 hours in advance of the desired departure (in case you want to change your trip for Saturday, Sunday or Monday, you have no later than Friday to make the change). They are requested via WhatsApp to the number 9983029244.
Reservations are personal and non-transferable and are valid only for the reserved route time and date. UltraCarga may request passenger and vehicle identification at any time.
Hours are subject to change without notice.
All routes are subject to eventualities, delays and cancellations caused by weather conditions and other causes beyond our control.
In the event of cancellations due to natural phenomena, reservations will be rescheduled. These changes must be made within one week of activities resuming (business days). After one week from the resumption of activities, changes will no longer be possible, and we do not offer refunds.
PETS
If traveling with pets, they must be on a leash throughout the trip and remain in designated areas. The passenger must remain with them throughout the journey and will be directly responsible for their pet in the event of any event or consequence of the animals' actions.
The passenger must have bags to collect their pet's excrement if necessary.
Only 3 pets are allowed per family vehicle.
BILLING
Invoices can be issued once the trip is completed.

You must arrive at the terminal 45 minutes before your reservation's departure time.

If the vehicle with the reservation arrives after the scheduled time, it will not be allowed to cross. The reservation will be automatically canceled. The reservation fee will not be refunded.

For safety reasons, operators and passengers are required not to remain inside the vehicle during the journey, with the exception of persons with different abilities or disabilities, which will include the corresponding caregiver.
