Remember that during times marked as **Black Cargo** only the driver and 1 more adult (2 in total) can travel (pregnant women, children, and pets are not allowed).

At the Punta Sam - Isla Mujeres and viceversa, family cards can board at any time.
On the Punta Calica and Cozumel route, the family cars are allowed on the 16:00 hrs. departure from Monday to Saturday and on the 17:00 hrs. on Sundays

On the routes marked as Black Cargo, sensitive cargo such as gasoline or dangerous materials are transported, therefore family cars are not allowed at these routes.

Por supuesto que puedes viajar con tu mascota sin costo adicional en cualquiera de nuestros horarios. Recuerda que tus mascotas deben llevar correa durante todo el viaje y permanecer en las zonas designadas.
El pasajero debe permanecer con ellas en todo el trayecto y será responsable directo de su mascota ante cualquier evento o consecuencia de las acciones de los animales.
El pasajero debe contar con bolsas para recoger los excrementos de su mascota en caso de ser necesario.

For the Cozumel and Punta Venado, Calica route Calica- Cozumel ↔️ (viceversa)
The trip takes approximately 1hr 30 min depending on wheather conditions. Disembarkment takes 15 to 20 minutes.
In the route Punta Sam and Isla Mujeres
The trip takes approximately 45 min depending on weather conditions. Disembarkment takes 15 to 20 minutes.
Our prices are for one-way trips and only include the vehicle and driver. If there are more people, they are considered additional passengers.
The cost for additional passengers on the Punta Venado, Sac-Tun (Calica)-Cozumel route is $120 pesos per person (children up to 10 years old travel free, and those 11 years and older pay the adult rate).
The cost of an additional passenger on the Punta Sam – Isla
Mujeres route is $290 pesos per person. Children aged 3 to 9 pay $190 each
and those aged 10 and over pay the adult rate.
On the Punta Sam and Isla Mujeres route, you can board with no vehicle.
On the Punta Venado, Calica and Cozumel route you must board on a vehicle. No walk-in passengers are allowed.

We offer two pricing options:
The list price is $950 pesos (vehicle and driver),
subject to availability. We recommend arriving at the boarding area 3 hours
in advance to confirm available spaces.
The reservation price is $1,450 pesos (vehicle and driver)
and guarantees your spot. You must arrive 90 minutes in
advance; otherwise, you will be placed on a waiting list, and if you do not travel, there are no refunds.

No. Reservations are valid only for the day and time previously booked. If you do not travel on the booked route, the trip is not valid or any other date or time. Trip will be cancelled and not refunds will be made.
All booking changes MUST BE MADE AT LEAST 48 hours prior the booked departure time and they are subject to space availability.
On the Punta Venado, Calica and Cozumel route no Quintana Roo resident fares are available.
On the Punta Sam - Isla Mujeres route, we do not have discounts on vehicle prices. We only have Quintana Roo prices for additional passengers, presenting their valid identification. The cost for adults from Quintana Roo is $80 pesos, for INAPAM $70 pesos (presenting INAPAM credential), single trip. They also apply if crossing without a vehicle. The cost for children from 3 to 9 years old is $60 pesos. Minors must present school ID or CURP quintanarroense.

No. Due to Safety Measures, all passenges must descend from their vehicles and travel in our passenger lounge.
